Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Strategic Doing One-Day Course We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to accommodate our participants as much as possible. Please find our cancellation policy below: Cancellations Made at Least 14 Days Before the Course Date Participants who cancel their booking at least 14 days prior to the course date will receive a full refund. Cancellations Made Between 7 and 14 Days Before the Course Date Participants who cancel their booking between 7 and 14 days prior to the course date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Course Date Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date are non-refundable. However, under special circumstances, we will review each case individually to determine if an exception can be made. Participant Replacement If a participant is unable to attend, they may nominate a replacement to attend the course at no additional cost, provided we are notified of the substitution in advance. Provider Cancellations In the unlikely event that we cancel the course, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future course.
